Liked: When checking in a young lady name D'asha (don't know how to spell her name) she was a very helpful, respectful and just all around super nice.
Disliked: This Hotel is very noisy, I guess because there is a swimming pool there you have a lot of people come for their kids birthday party. I was in room 233 and the people above me was super loud very later into the night. They changed my room to a third floor room. I still could hear a lot of noise, but it was better than the night before. I absolutely don't like how they hold $250. I didn't come with that much money and that hold on my money limited me on doing a lot of things. The hold on my money, the noise and the price of the room , I won't be staying there anymore. This was my first time staying there, I usually stay at another hotel out that way,

Liked: How accommodating they were. They were very helpful and gave us a great rate for the night, due to needing to find a place to rest while our new baby was in the NICU.

UNABLE TO STAY HERE.
Liked: We were not able to stay at this property as our pet wasn?t ADA certified.After discovering we couldn?t stay, the damn front desk agent didn?t cancel so we received a call from them at 2:00 am while we were sleeping at another hotel asking if we still coming! Had to stop by the next morning to talk to manager to ensure we weren?t charged.
Disliked: No mention that only ADA service dogs could stay at this prop. Appears to be BOOKING.com?s fault SEE ABOVE

Liked: There isn?t much anything g[d to say. Currently disputing with them now about charges.
Disliked: Everyone in my party was let down at some point or another. There were no straws at breakfast for the milk the juice machine was broken. When I checked in with my party we explained ourselves several several times on how we were going to pay and who was staying in which room. My sister-in-law is currently wheelchair bound and the rooms weren't ADA capable for her to use the bathroom and the rooms themselves were very hard to navigate with her in her wheelchair. My mother and father-in-law had a very difficult time getting in the bed as it was so high off the ground. Also I'd like to add that my father-in-law is somewhat wheelchair bound as well, my mother-in-law has a scooter and walker that she has to use. Now as far as why no one asked if we needed any accommodations is way beyond me. When my son and brother-in-law went to try to go swimming in the pool which is still under construction they were told it was being closed as someone vomited in the pool area. When my father-in-law called weeks before our reservation and asked about the incidental fee he was told since he was paying cash it could be waved, but when we showed up to check in they wouldn't accept the cash and said that they had to have a credit card on file. When I made the reservation I used my boyfriend's credit card and the staff told us that he would only get charged for the room he was staying in and the incidental fee for that room. THEY LIED. I had to call several times to attempt to talk to a manager and get everything rectified. As of 12/5/2022 at 5:14p EST it's still NOT resolved and I was told by the employee that I talked to at 4:20pm EST to email to a general address a screenshot of the charges on my boyfriend's account and my email for the reservation confirmation. Someone please tell me why I would send personal information like that to a general email address?? I will do my damnedest to not ever stay at this hotel ever again.
