Amazing.

Liked: Very clean and comfy room and I loved the walking trail right next to the hotel. Great breakfast!
Disliked: The pillows were very flat.

Wonderful Family-Friendly Stay

Liked: The hotel was very clean and modern! The room was exceptionally clean. I felt safe having my toddlers in the room, knowing they were not touching anything super gross. The breakfast had the best selection I've seen and the woman taking care of it was very attentive! This is a very family-friendly hotel!
Disliked: The bathroom door was very very squeaky and loud. It woke all of us up when my daughter used the bathroom at 4am. The AC unit also did not work, but we were fine.

Liked: We pretty much always stay here when having our visit. Its pretty consistent usually.
Disliked: This last visit it felt like the whole room was different than others we stayed in previously at this hotel. Key card didnt work, bathroom door handle loose/not securing, light bulbs were dying, fridge was sticky inside on every shelf.

Superb

A little frustrated and disappointed

Liked: Ms. Clara was very polite, and the front desk staff just didn't offer a resolution.
Disliked: The fact that we were placed on a floor full of kids and we didn't get any sleep for the noise in the hallway. I was told other guests complained as well. Also, the fire alarm went off, so we had to exit the building, and it was very cold. Not one staff member came to tell us the bldg was clear to return back in. We all were left waiting outside.
