Liked: Arrived early and they allowed us to check in and get to the Nascar race.

Unclean room

Liked: The location was better than others we looked at.
Disliked: Our room was not clean. I have stayed in many Holiday Inn Express’ and they’re always clean. This room had not been cleaned. Debris on the floor, end tables with moisture residue, and the sheets had dust/ cloth particles.

Liked: Requested a 2 bed and was told that only a single was requested. That Booking.com generally does this while transitioning request from patron. That is unacceptable. If I put down I want a 2 bed its for a reason. We didn’t get a 2 bed till next day. Had to check out and check back in.

Liked: Everything was great except the staff stocking the breakfast items and one lady had a terrible attitude. Heard her say she couldn't wait till it was over. Everyone else and everything else was fantastic
