Not our normal experience- disappointing

Liked: Location was great, we wanted something in between the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum.
Disliked: Unfortunately I have had spinal cancer and am disabled. We arrived at the hotel and unpacked only 2 find out the room was NOT a Handicap Friendly room, (no shower or shower seat with railings for anyone disabled) the reservation was changed to a room that was NOT handicap accessible. Basically The lady said she would only be able to offer us a handicap room for 2 days but then we would have to switch back to a regular room if we wanted to stay in the room we originally reserved. Very disappointing experience
