Liked: The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. I loved that the hotel was centrally located near all kinds of nice restaurants and stores, we did not have to go far if we needed something.
Disliked: The only complaint that I have was that the pool had way too much chlorine in it, to the point of burning your eyes. I really looked forward to swimming but just couldn't do it.

Liked: We did not eat Breakfast, so I can’t comment on it. The lobby & out side grounds were clean. Beds were ok, but I‘ve experienced better one’s. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner (shower).

Disliked: When I got to my room, the door was already open. Feeling uncomfortable, I returned to the front desk to request a different room. The attendant shared that they did in fact have other rooms available but she would need approval from the manager. Upon speaking with the manager they informed me that there were no other rooms available. No one offered to accompany me to my room to ensure it was safe and/or clean. Not normally a fearful person (and I travel, alone, quite a bit) I was apprehensive to enter that room not knowing what I may find. I am a long time IHG member and their hotels have consistently exceeded my expectations, until now.
