Liked: The pool and hot tub facilities were about the most highlight of the trip
Disliked: When we arrived they , told me that my card was not adequate and insisted that i needed another to continue. I assured them that there was indeed a more than adequate some in the account and there was obviously so kind of malfuction....I was assured that there was no error and my card declined , I spent the next 20 mins back and forth on the phone with my bank. To which my bank assured me as I had already stated that the funds were there and they (the facility) must be having some kin of problem with their services. My wife was finally able to convince the Staff to run our card on a adjacent machine next to the register and low and behold it cleared just fine. then I was told that my upgrade confirmation was not in the system so the additional room i had requested was not ready. They were able to find an alternative and finally we were booked in. In adition to this experience i told the staff the first night that we came in that our toilet was having issues and you had to manually open the lid on th back of the toilet each time to be able to flush it again. A maintenace person did come by the next morning and supposedly resovled the issue except they did not! It was still the same way and remained that way the rest of my stay even though i told the desk stafff it was still a problem. I have stayed at multiple Holiday Inn Express throughout this state and others and have almost always used Booking.com for my reservations yet this experience was by far my worst experince to date, I would hope it will improve I will not be returning to that one.

Good overall, would highly recommend!!
Liked: The staff were very friendly and willing to help with any questions. The room was quite comfortable.
