I am disabled so we asked for a disabled room and we got to the room and the bed was so low to the floor I wouldn't be able to get up but the bathroom was good. So we asked for a regular room and the bed was so high that I couldn't get in and the bathroom was super small and the toilet was so low it felt like I sat on the floor and I had a lot of trouble getting up. I will never stay there again!

Disliked: I was very upset.

Passable

Disliked: The hot tub want hot, Luke warm. We had ants in our room.

Great place

Liked: Great location for our purpose! Comedy show at helium! Good restaurants nearby. Clean and friendly!

Good for an overnight visit.

Liked: Check in was quick and smooth. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I didn't like that there were signs in the room saying if we need something to call the front desk, and when I needed towels(the room was not supplied with any) I was interrupted in the middle of me asking and told "you have to the front desk to get towels". At the very least, I feel like I should have had towels, and more importantly I shouldn't have been interrupted in the middle of me asking for help.
