Horrible experience due to lack...

Liked: The hotel and property were as expected and clean/nice
Disliked: We were locked out of our room for hours and then told we had to move to another room (without any of our belongings) until the next morning until they could get someone to open the door! Me and my family was finally able to get into the room ourselves by jarring the door back and forth as it seemed to be a trend for many of our groups room doors getting stuck! Once in the room we then got stuck inside the room and had to continue to jarring the door again to get out! Then with all the stress my daughter ended up in a full blown panic attack which led to us getting hardly any sleep the night we stayed there it was just a horrible experience!!!! We basically just left the door opened the remainder of our stay to eliminate being stuck!

Liked: The property was comfortable and clean. Beds were very nice.

Liked: The area was decent
Disliked: The service was horrible. The rooms wasn’t clean. The bathtub was gross and the microwave. I let the front desk know and all she said was I’ll let management know. There was nothing to drink for breakfast it was a total disaster and I have yet to receive a call from a manager regarding my service.

I would return but hopefully...
