Disappointing

Liked: The staff at the front desk was great. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: My room wasn't touched by the house keepers for 3 days. I went to the desk to get my own towels on day 3 and took out my own trash. Maybe an over sight but not good because I enjoy a made bed each day.

Not what I was expecting...

Disliked: Pool was out of order, carpet was filthy, bed was too tall and no step stool, bathroom floor was dirty, no snack vending machine on our floor, we couldn’t sleep because of the loud air conditioning and the constant traffic. No tub and I chose a king suite with jacuzzi tub. No mirror in the bedroom! Breakfast only had sausage as meat, no bacon, no hot cereal. This was not what I expected from a Holiday Inn Suite. Very dissatisfied!

Liked: Clean, nice location, near restaurants, Walmart, Walgreens, gas stations etc. short drive to beach. About 20 mins.
Disliked: Indoor pool was freezing. Carpet could be updated in room, but that was minor. Other wise clean and comfortable room
