Handicap room not so handicap...

Liked: I love the fact that I got a handicap room and it was actually handicap accessible it even had a shower chair I was super excited. I was not there for graduation or something super exciting the rates and the rest of the Town were super high due to graduation we were there just celebrating us being a couple and making it through some rough times. I purposely got the handicap room because it came with amenities that as a handicap person I need. It was so nice to have bars that could actually hold my weight. The staff was great very helpful and kind even helped us with a late check out without charging more. It was a beautiful handicap room had the lower peoples so you could see who was there plus the lights for if you were deaf. They had shower chairs and bars so many great amenities to help the handicapable. I really was in love with the room when I first got there. The bed and the pillows were super comfy not too firm not too soft just like I like it. The lights were spaced out in the room enough that I really had the right amount of light for where I needed it when I needed it and somebody else could comfortably be in the light without the whole room being lit up. I loved the little desk and reading nook. It was so glad that the room came with silverware
Disliked: Being a handicap room I was thinking there was going to be a stool and a shower they had a bath which really surprised me and The shower chair was not rated properly and the legs began to buckle with my weight. I am not huge I am only 300 lb. But I'm pretty sure the shower chair was rated for 150 which I was not told. It scared me really bad. On top of that the toilet shape and set were weird and off being handicapped I have a hard time wiping at home I have a bidet I was kind of hoping the handicap room would have one as well but they did not so I resorted to the good old-fashioned power struggle. Sadly I broke their toilet seat trying to take care of the most basic needs. I felt terrible. Some reason the whole time I was there I was super congested I don't know if it was just allergies or dander or something that was in the AC unit but literally it was like I turned the AC unit on and within hours I couldn't breathe I spent most of our 3 days there laying in the bed.

A bit expensive but would...

Liked: It was super clean you could smell it when you walked in the doors. The front desk guy was super helpful and very friendly upon check in and check out. I wish I would have grabbed his name he deserves recognition for his excellent customer service! Pool was clean, rooms were immaculate and common areas smelled fresh.
Disliked: Breakfast was a little late which was super inconvenient because we were there for softball and on a time crunch in the morning.

Disliked: Scheduled shuttle van to airport,waited 25 minutes after my time and was told driver wasn't coming to work. Had to pay for a ride, wasn't happy with how this was handled.
