Liked: Rooms were clean
Disliked: Parking is 10 dollars. A lot going on outside… party venue next door a lot of drunk people.

Disliked: We have been to a lot of holiday inns this was the worst very hard bed it felt like trying to sleep on a board very small shower and hard to get in and out of it low water pressure no coffee maker in the room won't go to another holiday Inn

I love the security steps...

Liked: The breakfast was very good I told the staff at the front desk to make sure they told the kitchen that their food was very good. My husband loved the pancake maker.
Disliked: I normally bring my own pillow but I forgot it on this trip but the pillows were very full and difficult to sleep on

Kind and understanding hotel staff

Liked: Our stay at the hotel was very lovely -- we had to evacuate due to the fires and all of the staff was so kind and understanding about everyone's circumstances. The manager was especially lovely in waiving the pets fee for the night for everyone. I can't recommend them enough. The rooms were very nice and sizeable for the cost in the area and our dogs slept soundly as well.
