Enjoyed Out Stay At PALM...

Liked: The staff were all very courteous and helpful. The hotel was extremely clean. The work-out room was open 24 hours a day and had good equipment. There were nice extras, i.e. the bedding was comfortable; the pillows on our king-sized bed had pillow cases that had embroidery on them with the words "soft" and "firm" indicating the type of pillow and that was a nice touch. The blinds in the window were black-out type and were electrical/remote. The hot breakfast was good and had a variety each of the 4 days that we were there. The parking was free unlike other hotels in the area that CHARGE to park your car. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.
Disliked: The only two negatives: (1) There was a smoking bench close to the front entrance. We DO NOT smoke. It should be placed elsewhere. (2) We would have enjoyed a hot tub but there wasn't one available.

My stay was relaxing.

Liked: Breakfast was great! Need stay on top of items when they run low or out completely.
