Liked: The elevator was broken down they charged my card three times plus fifty dollars for something they could not explain it .The door lock play with it to get in the room. This is not the quality you get with IHG

Disappointing

Liked: That there was Decaf coffee.
Disliked: That the key card didn't open the exterior door to the building due to condensation, that the Keurig machine outlet was out, and had to make coffee in the bathroom, that the toilet didn't flush properly, ice machine broke on 2nd floor.

Liked: It was the Worst experiencie in my life, they take off All my deposit for doing nothing, Also the bed has bitung insects,

WE DID NOT STAT!!!

Liked: We DID NOT STAY!!!!The clerk at the front desk lied about the facility. It did not appear to be safe. We did not stay. We were there less the 30 minutes.
Disliked: Location felt unsafe. Clerk lied about people being in the hotel. Says that truckers and college students always Park in the rear of the building. We checked. NOT ONE VEHICLE WAS THERE.We chose not to stay. We never took our items from the car.

Disappointing

Liked: Christina, the manager on staff was exceptionally friendly and efficient. Helped us with some problems with the room. Generously portioned breakfast.
Disliked: We were not informed that the elevator was broken. A big problem for my elderly mother. The lamp by the bed was broken. No body wash in the tub. Mom took a cold bath because she could not get hot water. Grab bars in the bathtub are incorrectly positioned. Juice dispenser was broken. This hotel needs to be remodeled and updated.
