Staff was exceptionally pleasant. If I were to come down to Columbus again, this would be my first choice.
Disliked: Had to re-activate my keycard both nights. It was an inconvenience, but they worked it out with speed and sincerity. Also, please extend the ending of breakfast on the weekends to 11am.

Liked: Check in staff was friendly; room clean; no noise.
Disliked: I tried calling the hotel and was put through the automated system which kept hanging up on me. After an hour I got through to a live person but she did not work at the hotel. She was in a call center. She contacted the hotel on another line to ask them my question and relay the answer. I find it ridiculous there is no way to contact the hotel directly.

This is a newer hotel near the OSU campus - we came for a soccer game at Jesse Owens Field. The location was great and the staff very friendly.
Liked: Clean hotel; friendly staff; close to OSU.

I thought it was very close to venue. We walked there. Rooms were very clean and decor was well maintained. Friends stayed at hotel nearby & by far our choice was better. Will definitely stay there again.
Liked: Great breakfast
Disliked: Tub was slippery, could use a mat in them.
