Disliked: The room wasn't clean as it should but I didn't use the bathroom shower I waited until I got back home. Didnt feel like going thru the hassle.. one of the beds had hair all over it under the covers.. smh

Liked: If the completely unacceptable situation described under what I didn't like hadn't occurred all would have been fine
Disliked: The night shift staff was rude, inappropriate and did not follow legal practices. Serious situation that was perhaps the treatment I have ever received at a hotel.

Liked: The kindness and attentiveness of the staff saying hi to you on your way out and in coming to our room right away when we needed them just being kind goes a long way
Disliked: nothing great stay i was meeting my boyfriend there for the first time
