Needs more attention to cleanliness

Liked: Quiet and staff were friendly. The staff member who takes care of cleaning the breakfast area was great! And his attention to cleanliness was outstanding. Too bad the rest of the facility is not held to that standard.
Disliked: The room was NOT clean. There were kids hand prints all over the mirrors when we arrived. The pillow was stained and bathroom was not clean either. The room key wouldn’t work several times so we had to walk back and forth to the front desk. Housekeeping didn’t come into the room some days and I had to ask for more towels every day. We had 4 people in our room and they only put 3 towels in the room every time. The carpet in the room was really old and seemed almost sticky. The breakfast that was included was awful and some of the key items were not available.

Disliked: The hotel was dirty. The corners of the bathroom floor were full of mold and dirt. There is mold on the ceiling in the room and in the halls. I had to chase down staff to get clean towels and toilet paper because housekeeping doesn't come in daily.

Disliked: Microwave and lights initially wouldn't work. Food under couch upon arrival. Key didn't work in door repeatedly! Soda machine out of order.

Disliked: I was suppose to in a handicapped asseible room. I did not, I was also put in a room at the end of the hall. The remote struggled to work even after bringing it to the attention of the staff twice. The room smelled musty.
