If I can afford it....

Liked: The pool was perfect! Warm and inviting! The breakfast was great and so was the coffee! Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful!

Liked: Andre at the front desk went above and beyond! I was there for grief camp for my kids and also rock hunting and he let me show him some of my rocks. He also was very compassionate. Thank you Andre, I hope I spelled it right.

Liked: The staff was very nice, I liked the gym, and it had a outlet for charging my e/v
Disliked: he property was very dirty, with literal dirt and mud on the floor in the elevators and lobby halls, and it was there the entire stay, suggesting it wasn't just fresh from a messy visitor. Our room was 409, and it was nasty. It had a very pungent smell, stains on the wall, and cracks in the walls. There were also bugs on the ceiling that I noticed when I lay down. The thermostat on the wall had no power, but I was able to turn the A/C on at the unit. However, when I turned on the A/C, a very strong odor emerged. I looked at the A/C vent and noticed it was full of mold and mildew. We could not stay in the room due to health risks.I told the staff, and they were nice and did not give me any problems when I asked for another room. The other room was much better. But I can't imagine how room 409 got so bad.The overall property was poorly cleaned and maintained; we did not stay for breakfast due to the cleanliness. Also, the drink station was very dirty and was not draining properly, and the pancake machine was out of order. I assume this is because these machines are not properly cleaned.
