Liked: Left before breakfast was served.
Disliked: Our room reeked of tobacco smoke!

Disappointing

Liked: Staff was friendly, but the shower chair in the in the room was extremely dangerous and the staff did not know how to properly set it up. I almost fell out the chair multiple times while taking a shower. I’m a paraplegic.

Liked: The staff and their helpful attitude was the best customer service I have received anywhere is quite a while. That was so refreshing. Loved the friendly people too.
