Disliked: We were somewhat inconvenienced by the elevator being out of service; however, the receptionist courteously inquired whether this would be an issue given our room was on the third floor, and we managed accordingly.

Disliked: Elevator did not work. I ask for a room on the first floor because I have difficulty climbing stairs because of hip surgery. I will not return to this property.

Great hotel, one tiny flaw

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Every request we needed was met with enthusiasm and quickly.We needed a fully handicap accessible room for my mother and the room exceeded our expectations. The doors to the room and bathroom were wide enough for her to access easily with her powerchair or her walker. the beds were different heights-- one was lower which was perfect for her. The bathroom had railing and a walk in shower as well as a shower chair along with a removable shower head. The room was on the first floor making things even easier, so we didn't have to try to worry about elevators or stairs. Most hotels claim they're accessible, but they're really not. Continental breakfast was a wonderful inclusion. The selection was great and the food was delicious.
Disliked: The only thing that held me back from giving perfect marks was, ironically, our bathroom. It smelled of mildew/mold and there were black stains on the ceiling as if there was a leak from the floor above. I did inform the staff upon our departure and they assured me that it will be addressed.

Disappoint for Holiday Inn

Liked: Front desk staff were ladies were super sweet. Asked for extra towels which were brought up quickly by staff.
Disliked: Not informed they were under construction. Mildew smell in room due to construction near by. Elevators out so uncomfortable walking up and down stairs. Ice machine was out on the second floor so had to go downstairs to get ice. Asked for extra towels which were brought up quickly by staff but when we stepped out the next morning and came back they staff took the extra towels out. No ventilation in the bathroom, no hairdryer and phone in room didn’t work so couldn’t call front desk. Had to use our cell phone to call the hotel.
