No hassles and very comfortable

Liked: The staff was very polite and friendly, the room amenities were perfect, especially the bed and pillows. I would happily stay here again.

Liked: They were able to give me a room, last minute, and allowed me to check in a little early. They went above and beyond and were extremely pleasant!
Disliked: I had no issues.

Overall the stay was nice.

Liked: The location was awesome for me. The staff was friendly and helpful. The overall service was pretty good.
Disliked: The internet service was not that great. My grandson could not hook up his in PS5, to it. Even after multiple attempts with the help from the staff.

Liked: Comfy beds
Disliked: It’s amazing that this expensive of a hotel does NOT provide any drinking water. If you want to drink water you can BUY it from the store in the hotel. It’s ridiculous.
