Disliked: Given wrong room booked 2 queen beds was given 1 bed with pullout sofa??? Gave our room to somebody else an upgrade??? Cancelled reservation. Now trying get money back. It was their fault not ours.

Disliked: Booked online for a single bed room and were informed after we arrived that there were no rooms available but were then given a double bed room. Were also told that the room was somebody else’s. Then there were no towels in the room, and after going to the lobby to request them, we came back with some towels that were stained and ragged.
