Disliked: Booked online for a single bed room and were informed after we arrived that there were no rooms available but were then given a double bed room. Were also told that the room was somebody else’s. Then there were no towels in the room, and after going to the lobby to request them, we came back with some towels that were stained and ragged.

Disliked: No amenities in the bathroom. When I brought it to the front desk’s attention, I was told it would be remedied. It wasn’t. No condiments for breakfast. Inadequate towel hooks in the bathroom. Outside entry lock at the end of the hallway worked sometimes, and when it did it was iffy. Staff appeared concerned, but unsure and untrained. Fundamentally, this appears to be a management issue, not a corporate issue. However, if not addressed soon, it could become a corporate issue.
