Liked: Nice breakfast buffet.
Disliked: Walls are very thin. I heard everything in the next room. Also kids running back and forth from upstairs room.

Overbooked but still nice just...

Liked: The room was nice, clean and the staff were friendly. We were only there for sleeping. The free breakfast was really good.
Disliked: They “overbooked” due to extended stay guests staying longer so we didn’t get a room with a couch bed. They didn’t have a roll out bed to offer. Luckily, one of our guests decided not to stay otherwise someone would have had to sleep on the floor and there were no other rooms available. The gave us a lower rate. Overall it was good enough with 2 queen beds.

Liked: The breakfast was decent. The majority of the hotel was clean, and the staff tried to be helpful.
Disliked: They put us in a room that had plastic on the outside of the windows. They were doing construction, hammering, and scrapping on the walls. They worked until about five the first night, then was back at it in the a.m. I like the holiday Inn, I'm even a member. I told my wife to book us a room, she didn't remember we were members here so she booked through your company. I don't know if that's where the problem was. But it sure didn't save us any money booking through your website either way. The construction made this the most unpleasant experience I've ever had with a Holiday Inn.
