Disliked: Found bed bugs on day 5 of my stay. Was moved to a different room where I found dog poop in the floor (which I was told was breakfast sausage from the breakfast bar). I called the hotel twice to talk to the manager about a refund. None of my calls were returned. I went to the hotel in person 6 hours after my calls weren’t returned. The manager was very rude and disrespectful. They gave me a partial refund which they took away the next day so I had to dispute the charge with my CC company which I won.

Horrible don't go here.
Disliked: This was a horrible experience. The rooms were outdated, the air conditioner didn't work well. We were sweating the whole time we were there. I told the desk and the didn't do anything except offer for a fan which they never brought to us. We used the pool which was dirty. Came out with multiple bites from it. Seen cockroaches in the hallway. Went to use the washer and dryer they only had one on a different floor. It was always being used so we couldn't wash clothes. My son was sweating so bad that his clothes stink so we weren't able to wash clothes which sucked. What a horrible experience. We won't be back here when we return for a family reunion.
