Liked: Room was very good and it had a nice amount of space, we had the double queen room and the only thing id talk about it our window overlooking thr indoor pool, but otherwise i couldnt complain this was an amazing hotel for how much it was.

Liked: Staff was all very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Everything! The hotel was run down. Elevator sounded like it was on its last leg. Rooms were dirty, stained carpet, dirty walls, debris on furniture like it had not been wiped down in a long time, and our non smoking rooms all smelled of cigarette smoke and mildew.

Liked: Some of the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was ok. First day the coffee machines were not working.
Disliked: We had ants in our room. The tv cabinet was broke in our room. One staff person said he would work with bill but when we checked out that guys said we booked through book it so he couldn’t help. Shocked that you don’t stand behind how disgusting it is to have ants in your room. We did not have food in our room. The smell we we walked in was so overpowering. You also could smell the chlorine in the pool which means the chemicals are off in it.

Liked: Everything except the fact that I didn’t get my deposit back like I was told.
Disliked: That I didn’t get my deposit back when I was told. Nothing was wrong with my rooms

Disliked: That they was only following and harassing us about a wristband but didn’t say nothing to nobody else.
