On saturday we woke up and they had a good breakfast, but on Sunday they did not have anything for breakfast. There were several kids and teenagers staying there for a soccer game that was going on Saturday and Sunday, including my son. We went down to make sure he got a good breakfast and there was nothing. We walked out and there were several others that came down to eat and walked out because there was nothing to eat.

Liked: Clean room.

Highly recommend this location if...

Liked: Traveling from Dallas to Gatlinburg this was a great place to stop and spend the night.For the price the value was excellent!When I travel I look for clean and well kept rooms, comfortable bed, strong HVAC (heat & air), location for easy access to food and getting back on the road and safety for myself and my vehicle.This Holiday met my criteria and exceeded in all those areas.
Disliked: I have no suggestions for his location since it met my higher standards for a place to rest and relax while traveling!

first 24 hour poor due...

Liked: Lady serving the breakfast was excellent.Lady on reception the second evening was excellent.
Disliked: on check in, the bell was rang 6 times before anyone came out, there were a number of people in the que. Only one towel in the bedroom and no coffee pods -reception said the hotel had run out of both and they would be in the next day. First days breakfast half of the produce was missing.2nd ay much better

I do not recommend

Disliked: I booked a double queen room when we got to the hotel to check in I was told that there were no double rooms available.. we were upgraded to a king suite with the most uncomfortable pull out sofa. I had to go ask for linens went back up to the room and I was given 2 pillows that were hard as rocks and pillow cases that didn't even cover the pillows I had to use 2 cases to cover each pillow. The microwave in the room sounded like it was gong to fall apart. They're was only decaffeinated coffee in the room so I went down stairs to get coffee and they only had decaffeinated coffee there as well...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and the location was good the rooms were ok
Disliked: The breakfast was terrible they didn't really have any food for you to choose from They said their food truck hadn't delivered yet they didn't have any cups for you to get coffee and ran out of toilet paper and the front desk said they didn't have any more and had to get one from one of my other family members room went to Walmart and bought toilet paper I have never stayed at a hotel that ran out of toilet paper that is just sad
