On saturday we woke up and they had a good breakfast, but on Sunday they did not have anything for breakfast. There were several kids and teenagers staying there for a soccer game that was going on Saturday and Sunday, including my son. We went down to make sure he got a good breakfast and there was nothing. We walked out and there were several others that came down to eat and walked out because there was nothing to eat.

Liked: The location was great , right near the interstate which made it easy to travel to our destinations.
Disliked: Didn't like the fact that my nephew made the reservation for me under the impression that I was to pay when when my stay was completed. However, they charged my stay to his credit card he used to secure the room the same day that I checked into the hotel. Then, when I left ( upon checkout) I paid in cash. So, the room was paid for twice. It took them several days to find someone who could correct the error. That was ridiculous.

No chance to stay!

Liked: I felt very bad image of this hotel. No staff in the counter when I arrived at 11:15 pm, no people in the office, the office door was open. Meanwhile, I saw 8 people in the lobby, their behavior looks unfriendly. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable, then I went back to my car. I came back again after 10 minutes, it was the same situation. No staff in the counter and the 8 guys still in the lobby. I left, I didn't have chance to stay in this hotel. I went to next block Four Points hotel stay one night. I went back to Holiday Inn and reported this situation on next day morning at 8:00 am.

Grreat little motel

Liked: Angel met me on front desk and I simply couldn't ask for a friendlier more knowledgeable person to greet me all my questions were answered with extra helpful tips, she deserves a raise that girl.
Disliked: it is a bit far out of town so expensive on transport
