Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Medford-Central Point, Central Point

I was really disappointed. Best thing about our stay was the breakfast staff. My two grandsons and I came down about 10:30 so I could get a cup of coffee and even though they were cleaning up and done with breakfast, she offered us bagels or muffins. My grandsons got bagels and milk while I got coffee. Extremely pleasant and helpful woman. Apparently she was there when we checked in and knew about the mix up with our room felt bad about it.

Disliked: Coming off the freeway from the north at night, your sign is not very visible - took us a while to find the motel. It was between 8-9pm when we checked in with 3 small children and was given a room on the third floor. Had to find employee to help us, as the room number on the keycard envelope was occupied by an elderly couple. Keycards are great as long as they work, which ours did not half the time. Pool was the smallest I have seen at any hotel. Will book at Motel 8 next time - we found their motel really easily.

Easy location off I-5 and...

Liked: Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Several items were broken for breakfast so no toaster, juice machine, or pancakes. Very limited the day we were there.

Perfect stop from your road...

Liked: This place was clean, the staff were quick and efficient, breakfast was super delicious and plentiful. After such a long trip, this place did not disappoint. The shower was heavenly. We ate our dinner at the hotel in our room and were so happy for the reprieve from the road. We will definitely use again if needed.
Disliked: The power flickered during the early evening and afterward, there was an alarm going off next door all night long. Despite this annoyance, this was no fault of the hotel.

Clean modern hotel, great for...

Liked: Front desk staff member, Mika, was helpful and nice. The room was good size, and beds were comfortable. Room was clean with modern decor. Breakfast was good. 10 min or less drive to lots of great food options. Kids loved the pool.
Disliked: Nothing stands out.
