Liked: The hotel room itself was okay at best.
Disliked: The outlets were falling out of the walls, and some did not work. The bath tub was disgusting, and would not be used for a child. The breakfast was cold, and the muffins were empty. It did not appear that any staff was working at the hotel in the breakfast area. The coffee was disgusting as well. It is usually very good at Holiday Inn Express, however, the coffee here tasted like mud and was burnt. In addition, I wanted to get a dessert in the evening and was charged $8.00 for a tiny blue bunny cup. These are typically under 3 dollars in the store. The hotel also reeked of marijuana.

Amazing stay , fab location...

Liked: The staff was super friendly especially Ismail at the front desk who took time to explain things and was always helpful . We never felt rushed.

Liked: breakfast is good but the area or space not big enough, set up is not good and it gets crowded with a big waiting lines

Disliked: Bathroom curtain was broke, room service was not as expected, we requested things and didn't get them. staff did not seem friendly or engaged. Pool had too much chlorine

Liked: Location to the mall, friendly and helpful front desk staff.
Disliked: The crowded breakfast area. Due to the amount of people there we stood I line for 45minutes to get breakfast and to be told it’s all out and what’s there is all. The people behind us left after waiting. The next day we learned to get up even earlier ( 7:30am) Moldy or dirty bed pillow case, twice. The pool opened at 9am and at 9am we found a pile of emisis in the pool area which was left from I am guess the night before?
