Liked: The bed linens were clean
Disliked: There were stains in the carpet of our room. An IHG employee (who was staying there but did not work at that location) was loudly expressing all the unsafe conditions in the hotel. Specifically that the fire extinguishers hadn’t been tested/they were outdated, the toiletry items in the bathroom were out of safe dates, the food at breakfast was not at a safe temperature. In addition, the hot tub water was murky and paint was chipping off the walls in the pool area. The staff made no apologies as I stood there listening to them while I waited for my pull out couch bed linens that should have been in the room when I arrived. Aesthetically, it was dated, but more importantly, I did not feel safe.

Liked: Breakfast was good although the eggs didn't taste like eggs
Disliked: Eggs at breakfast, shortage of staff. The front desk clerk was doing hotel laundry also and running back and forth between desk and laundry room.
