Liked: Everything is always great. My husband loves to stay here because of the breakfast and being such a nice safe place. They are very clean and updated. Love the big bathrooms and everything they supply. They have a exercise room and a pool if you want an inside one
Disliked: I would like the beds and pillows to be softer. I have problems with my back and neck. I bring my own pillows. That is the only thing wrong. We stay at this motel a lot though in different states

Best Hotel To Date!

Liked: Best hotel experience I've had yet. When I first arrived, the room I was given had a bad toilet that left the room smelling like sewer. That part wasn't great, but the front desk took care of getting me into a different (and slightly better) room so quickly, even helped me move my things over. The bed and pillows were unbelievably comfortable, great ac controls in the room, good water pressure and heat in the shower, and wonderful breakfast options. I drove from South Texas to Madison over the course of 8 days (there and back) and it was the best hotel I stayed at the entire trip. I also loved that there were so many food & shopping options so close by. Seriously great experience. I will only book Holiday Inns now!
