Overall, pretty good.

Liked: The Staff was great, the breakfast was great.
Disliked: Elevator was out - Heat in room did not work - Staff provided us with a Space Heater, the lights on the bed furniture went out.

Liked: the staff were very nice. they even provided us with toothbrushes and toothpaste because we forgot ours. Roomswe’re clean and spacious.
Disliked: pool chemicals were strong. breakfast was cold. had to reheat

Liked: The bed and room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The price was a little more than I expected, but was worth it to have a clean room, friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast.
Disliked: I have no suggestions on what could have been better. Even though we arrived at 1 AM in the morning the lady behind the desk was very friendly. Good job all the way around!!

Disliked: the only negative was the lady refilling breakfast food glared at my brother the whole time he was getting his plate and was very rude when utensil for biscuits came apart. my brother was there waiting to get in hospice facility. he had lung cancer. i guess she thought he was getting to much food. it was his ladt meal though. he passed away at hotel the next day.
