Liked: The room is decent
Disliked: The staff was extremely rude and did not treat customers with respect. Their attitude conveyed a sense of indifference. I attempted to check in early for just an hour, but they refused and were dismissive in their response. When I returned at the scheduled check-in time of 3 PM, I was asked to wait for 10 to 15 minutes with a rude explanation that they were busy and the rooms were not ready. However, I noticed that they were assigning rooms to other guests, which made me feel that their behavior towards me was influenced by my race and color. Even during checkout, the staff's demeanor was unfriendly, and I was told to drop the key on the table, even though they were sitting idly without any work to do.
