Liked: Kudos to Matt. Excellent service at check in. Friendly and helpful. Lovely king suite. Comfy bed. Well appointed. Quite. Breakfast was great. Fresh ground coffee dispenser.
Disliked: House keeping. Three out of the four days we were there, we returned to our room between 3:30 and 4 and the room was not made up. The fourth day I specifically asked it be done early as we had an event to get ready for by 4 pm. I could not speak with any of the housekeeping staff because they didn't speak English.

Very disappointing. Not up to...

Disliked: Unprofessional front office staff. Room was not ready. Guests had to walk to the front office to collect bedding for the sofa bed. Had to go to the front office to get the towel

Great place to Stay in...

Liked: The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! The location was perfect, very close to the Left Hand Brewery!!

Disliked: The slide closes early and that is not mentioned anywhere until you go. So disappointed since it was the only reason I paid $100 more to stay at this hotel. Also sofa beds are trash the mattress is so this you’re pretty much sleeping on springs. More comfortable to just sleep in the floor which we ended up doing in the middle of the night.
