Liked: Location near expressway.
Disliked: Customer service. Rude staff. Did not provide extra towels. Was rushed to check out at 11a.m. Exactly! Staff went into my room while I was away. Did not respect privacy.

Liked: Clean, clean! We skipped out on our last night at a decorated Dump! Can't tell you how happy I was to see such a clean hotel. Appreciate the hand soap in a bottle instead of wasting a bar of soap for a one night stay. The room was huge, spotless and bed super comfortable while breakfast was hot with lots of options! Also nice low lighting behind headboard for night time.
Disliked: Only con is I like real milk or cream with coffee instead of the artificial creamers.Honestly nothing to complain about. Felt safe, seems like a nice town. Decor was simple and fresh. Maybe front desk needed to be more upgraded?

Liked: The breakfast was amazing, the best ever in a motel , Staff were great , will return to this location
Disliked: bathroom had a loose ceramic tile and some signs of mold in the caulk around the tub . The heater even powered off seemed to run all night , this would be the worst part of our stay

Very disappointed in this Hotel

Liked: Our bath room was dirty .wall I had to hold onto to get in the shower were dirty room 322 .bottom of the tube was gritty like sand and dirt. Wash clothes were dirty stained with dark spots .sheets were very wrinkled And just messy.
Disliked: All of the above . Could be better.We are members gave the counter guy my member # and he said we would be a b le to use points at check out we did not get our points an cash pay .we paid full price for this dirty room .up most of the night not comfortable at all but tired and just drove 500 miles and need rest.
