We were made to feel welcomed and treated first class by all we came into contact. Probably one of the nicer Express facilities we've stayed in. Besides big foot we had no bad vibes about our stay. After the concert ended we were back in our room within 25 minutes. That’s phenomenal.

Liked: Staff; location and the facility itself was very nice.
Disliked: The guest next door had a very heavy walk.

Liked: Great location. Clean, updated room. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Room location was near an exterior door, so it could be loud at times. Went during an event weekend, so rates were really high.

The staff truly transformed my...

Liked: From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was greeted with a smile. Since it was my first time in Lexington, KY, I asked for some simple directions. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, assisting me from my first question to the last. I will definitely book my next stay at the same hotel when I return to Lexington, KY.
