I was very satisfied, and...

Liked: Clean and comfortable!The lady that checked me in was super. Knowing I was traveling alone, she was very discreet in informing me of my room number, etc. I really appreciated her caution and thoughtfulness for my safety!(There was a gentleman waiting behind me.)
Disliked: The room was a bit pricey @ $256.51...a lengthy stay would nit have been financially feasible.

Loved our visit will definitely...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent.Staff was very courteous and accommodating

Okay for quick trip.

Disliked: The text message trying to get me to enter PPI ahead of my arrival. This is unnecessary and annoying.

Liked: Staff member Casey (spelling?) was FANTASTIC.
Disliked: We have stayed at many Holiday Inn Expresses during our travels and this one was incredibly disappointing. It was clean-ish. The floors were paper thin. Pool was fine. The hot tub was warm at best. We didn't stay long enough for breakfast. It ended up being a place to lay my head after a long drive and if it weren't for Casey, we wouldn't have stayed at all.
