Liked: Everything was fine but lack of grass. Had to walk the entire property to get to a small patch. Staff were very friendly
Disliked: It is pet friendly but solid concrete except for two tiny patches of grass on the front

Privacy Violation!

Liked: They are pet friendly, and close off the highway. They had a variety of breakfast and take and go options.
Disliked: Unfortunately, we were given the farthest room possible away from the door to take our dog to the bathroom- 3rd floor/ farthest away from the elevator (as he is a senior and cannot do steps) At 8:30am we had housekeeping knocking on our door to see if we were still there. Between 8:30-9:30am we were in and out of our room because with a dog, it takes several trips for multiple people to eat breakfast, and to carry everything down. After one person from our group was carrying luggage out of the door, not more than 30 seconds later did my hotel room open UNANNOUNCED. Luckily, I was in the bathroom and my dog met the person at the door (which I assume was housekeeping.) There was NO knock, no voice, no nothing. They assumed because ONE person had walked out, that it was safe to enter? I didn't realize that I would have to put my do not disturb sign on the door ( that wouldn't stay on) before checkout time (11am) I have never experienced something like this before and feel as if my privacy was violated.

Liked: They know our preferences. We've stayed so many times. They're very attentive and the room rate is great. I enjoy the pool everyday as well
Disliked: There is nothing that I didn't like

Great stay!!

Liked: Excellent breakfast and had options for those with food allergies.
Disliked: Nothing
