Mediocre.

Liked: No bacon. Sausages and turkey patties were dry and chewy. No scrambled eggs. Breakfast area was very clean and organized. Facility was quiet.
Disliked: Room was cramped. No room to walk around luggage cart.

Good except for Front desk...

Liked: Front desk Staff never mentioned breakfast or the time. Saw the common room so knew there was breakfast but missed the cutoff time.
Disliked: Front desk staff at check in and check out was not welcoming not friendly

We would stay here again...

Liked: The facility was in close proximity to the wedding & reception we were in town to attend. Breakfast in the morning was exactly what we needed to start the next day off on the right footing.
Disliked: We originally were looking for two queen beds, settled on the king suite with a pullout couch. It turned out fine, but you asked.

We will probably stay here...

Liked: The breakfast was adequate. Missed bacon and potatoes. Enjoyed the pancakes. The room was not ce sized.
Disliked: The carpet could have been cleaner.
