When I finally got the...

Liked: When I finally got the room I was expecting to have ... it was comfortable & clean.
Disliked: The staff receptionist, Jasmine Parker was quite snippy & disrespectful.

Liked: Second time staying at this location, always a pleasant stay! Staff is friendly and hotel is always clean and organized. Definitely coming back next year

Liked: Staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Would've liked turkey breakfast meat on our 2nd morning, we don't eat pork.
Disliked: Pork sausage as an only option of breakfast meat. Our family does not eat pork.

Enjoyable

Liked: The facility, staff, breakfast, and location were great.
Disliked: There was an issue with the card number from booking.com with my second room. Although, I had prepaid online and the money drafted from my account, the number did not work. It was a little chaotic to check-in the second room, but the staff in premise handled it well.
