a very nice experience.

Liked: the breakfast was outstanding. the staff was friendly.
Disliked: the faucet in the bathroom leaked & the toilet was slow to flush.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: They took my money for a reservation that didn't exist and won't refund it. I was trying to book immediately for my daughter who was in a medical crisis on the road. They booked me for the following evening instead. When she showed up, no reservation and no refund for me.

Comfy, friendly and quiet hotel.

Liked: Hotel staff members were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. My room was very quiet. Lots of amenities in the room so I could keep meal hot or cold and Kurtis coffee maker was great for an early morning.
Disliked: First thing I saw was torn up sidewalk at entrance and an old dusty chandelier in lobby. Decor is dated and dark carpet in bedrooms is off putting.
