Not worth the money

Disliked: they booked my wrong room and would not do anything to even try to make it right just said he had nothing he could do about it.. horrible customer service and the place wasn’t very clean.. pool was gross with lots of toilet paper in it and the “hot tub “ was more like a warm tub.. wouldn’t recommend

Felt lied to.

Liked: We didn’t even stay the whole night and wasted $140 because we booked this hotel for the pool and the restaurant. The pool and hot tub were FREEZING. The restaurant was completely closed. We left once we found out none of the amenities advertised were available.
Disliked: Pool and hot tub were freezing. Restaurant closed. These things were not communicated prior to check in.

Liked: The hotel is very clean. The staff gave us a welcome bag. The hotel is very clean. Every staff member greeted us when passing in the halls. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was great for a self serve breakfast. The rate was affordable. Stores and dinning within a short drive.
Disliked: I had called ahead of time to ensure the pool and hot tub were open. When I arrived the hot tub was lukewarm. Told it was being serviced. Disappointing. Had planned on using the hot tub after a very long drive. We were given a room that had a door that adjoined a neighboring room. We were not asked if this was our preference.

Disliked: I had 3 roomsOne room every was fine but maybe they did not want to complain cause I paid for all 3 rooms One room the dirt towels was left on floor and not replaced but had 1 clean towel that they had to share to shower but bed was made up My room the was not done up at all the The phone didn’t work so I had to go downstairs to ask for towels and then had everyone waiting for us and we were late for our reservations at the restaurant. That morning the front desk told us that they change towels if we need and make up beds and adds coffee if missing I’ve always stayed in Holiday express And was never disappointed like this time

Liked: Front desk person helped find a luggage cart for me. Staff was all nice.
Disliked: Couldn't find any ice machines with ice.
