Clean, clean= the atmosphere smells...

Liked: Receptionist Kyla- kind and patient. Breakfast was the biggest and the most diverse option ranges. Free coffee all day long. I did not have my IHG info and Kyla spent a great deal of time looking for me. ( no one else was in line) YEAH, rewards !!!

Disliked: Kids used the hallway and stairs every day playing tag, pretty noisy I accept kids being kids but staff should have seen this and settled things down

Disliked: From allocated was next to the exit door and all the water from the bathroom goes all around the restroom and room not load with the more towels as this property is close to beach areas need to have the basics services

Good location, good value with...

Liked: Updated spacious and clean room. Good location. Good at this price point.
Disliked: Pool only had 2 lounge chairs and 4 regular chairs. Not close to enough to accommodate the number of guests so I didn’t even bother trying to use it. The water was also kind of cloudy. The pillows are way too soft for our liking. The just sink in with no support. The breakfast was almost completely empty one morning 45 minutes before ending time and wasn’t being restocked, but we asked about it that evening and they said they would address it. There are areas of wear that need addressed. They were also not able to accommodate a check in of 2pm instead of 3pm, which was pretty surprising. I would have thought they could have cleaned one room when I called them at 10:30am to ask for the early check in of 2:00pm.
