Very good

Liked: Hotel Staff Eddie is nice to help us to fix air conditioner problem and upgrade to a suite room. When we check out the hotel room, he also help us to load the luggage. All the hotel staff is nice, we will stay this hotel room again after they finish air conditioner check up and carpet cleaning. Hotel staff said they prepare for busy summer time.
Disliked: Hotel room has air condition issue need to be fixed when we check in.

We were unhappy with our...

Liked: We booked double queen beds, but got a king-accessible room instead. It was spring break, so we stayed for a week. We weren't happy at all. We got moved in the double queen after two days, but it wasn't cleaned well. We found items left in the room that belonged to someone else. The breakfast wasn't all that great, either.
