Disliked: When we arrived the desk agent was very nervous and unsettled through the entire check in process. When it came to providing my credit card, she told me that I was going to be charged the full amount for the room. I told her that I thought I had paid in advance through booking.com and she said that that was not the case. I went to the room to check in and then realized that I did pay in advance. I went back to show her and again she was very nervous and unaware of what to do. When I got back to the hotel after grabbing something to eat, she had a manager there that told me that the credit card charge is only for incidentals. Also, there was a lot of sketchy people staying there that were very loud and did not seem safe. I would not stay here again.

Holiday Inn Express Never Dissapoints

Liked: Location, modern facilities.
Disliked: There was a duplicate charge on our bank account, that stayed "pending" for several days that made it look like we were charged twice. It was cleared up.
