We come every year to...

Liked: Perfect location to visit family who live in the area
Disliked: Certain individuals parked in the handicapped spot and did not have a handicap plate or a hanging tag on the car. I am handicap and have plates on my car and I didn't have place to park because of this.

Very good

Liked: Nice room, had everything you need. Pool with hot water. Large choice at breakfast. Free parking outside hotel.

Great location, needs few fixes

Liked: I love the location and safety of the facility.
Disliked: The carpet in the room was extremely sticky. The bathtub didn’t have a stopper so my young daughter couldn’t take a bath and had to shower. Not a deal breaker, but the tub couldn’t be used as a tub.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Mattress was like sleeping on the floor. The elevator would go up to the floor but you couldn’t get the elevator to go down to the lobby unless you called the front desk to have them send the elevator up. The front desk staff did not communicate this upon check in. You had to read a note placed by the elevator when you wanted to go down. Needless to say, we took the stairs a lot. It was aggravating when checking out with luggage.

Liked: Nothing. The property was dirty and the staff was rude and not helpful
Disliked: Everything about this property is horrible.

Prob will never stay at...

Liked: Close to eateries and highway.
Disliked: First time ever staying at Holiday Inn Express (and this is always my choice when traveling) that I wasn’t allowed to leave my motorcycle under the awning overnight. Never has been an issue. The lobby had a bad moldy smell and there were dehumidifiers plug into the hallways. Yrs of smoke residue still on ceiling of shower and the phone is basically yellow from it. Drain in tub was broke and laying on the side of the tub. The night clerk was not friendly and had a woman from room 310 complaining because the ac unit was leaking and the carpet all around it in the room was soaking wet. Worst experience yet as sad as it is for the Holiday Inn Express.
