I love your hotel it...

Liked: It’s clean and comfortable
Disliked: Front desk clerk was doing things to make our check in so hard the clerk didn’t greet us.. the manager thought it was funny

Enjoyable stay

Liked: Typical HIE. Clean, functional room. Comfortable bed. Pancake machine worked (!) which is great because they don’t work at many HIEs.
Disliked: Only thing that was slightly annoying was that the front desk staff seem to hide out around the corner of the front desk. Every time I went to the front desk it looked like no one was there and I had to make a noise to get their attention.
