Disliked: I hate that I called every week to make sure that the jacuzzi was working and I was told yes three weeks in a row. I was and still am upset about that because we really needed that to help with pain. I feel we should have been accommodated for that and the ventilation in the bathroom needs help and the room lock

Liked: Hotel was nice and had some family members call in worried about when I was going to arrive because I had just spent Christmas with family in the Jackson Mountains (at what I would call a Nice Cabin and drove through unpaved streets=dirt roads and no streetlights basically in the forest) Needless to say your front Staff person working the night shift was so pleasant(she had gotten numerous calls from my daughters worried about me) it had me in a comfort level that made the stay excellent walking in the front doors at 10:30 at night. When I woke for breakfast, everything was awesome.
Disliked: Woke up about 4-5am and good thing I did not go into my bathroom (possibly someone in the room on the floor above me had a leaky tub/or leaky pipes) because my bathroom floor was soaking wet and in looking at the ceiling in the bathroom the ceiling was leaking quite a bit of water, I let the staff know (a person was in the hallway checking on early checkouts, so I flagged her down and showed her what was happening in my bathroom) the staff apologized and I just checked out. I am sure that they repaired the ceiling and the leak.
