Stay was nice.... Payment issues...

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Our payments were not correct. I booked through Booking.com - 2 rooms where you pay at property. My card was charged for both rooms before we even checked in even though the other party used their card thinking they were paying for their room as they were told was happening. Their card was charged $100 and mine was charged for both rooms. Have used Booking.com numerous times, even at another Holiday Inn Express and have never had this issue. It took multiple phone calls and us two parties to get it straightened out. Not a pleasant experience at all.

I was impressed by the helpful staff, the cleanliness of my room & the lobby. I will stay again.

Liked: I did not get to breakfast in time, however your staff offered access to some of the breakfast items available. This was exceptional service and kindness. I truly appreciated the gesture, although I did not take them up on their offer due to time constraints.
Disliked: I liked the entire stay at your property. I just wish I could have stayed longer.
