Disliked: Booking.com did not communicate my reservation to the hotel. I made the reservation over a week before the date, had both a confirmation number and email, plus had paid in full for the room, but for some reason the hotel did not have any information. Not only that, but the hotel was going to charge me full price, $20 more than I had already paid, for a room, despite the fact it was already paid for. The hotel staff was extremely unhelpful. I will be contacting Booking.com formally to request a full refund.
