Very dirty and I woont...
Liked: The bed is comfortable just very dirty everywhere
Disliked: Very dirty, you can tell that the floor was not vacuumed for a long time time, hair and dust everywhere, bath and sink was disgusting, exposed light fixtures hanging over the shower. I have stayed in other holiday inn hotels but who manages this hotel doesn’t care about this property. To make it worse there was bird hair on the omelet, gross.

Your downtown hotel should be...
Disliked: We did not stay at the Jackson facility where I was booked; we believe our room was given away. IT WAS DARK AND DIRTY. WE ARE SO GLAD WE DID NOT GET TO STAY THERE. We were booked at your downtown facility. AND WHAT A DIFFERENCE. Everything was perfect. The service was MEGA OUTSTANDING starting from the front desk to the next day when we were leaving, The hotel is elegant the room was beautiful. and the bar was not only beautiful, the bar tender was polite and efficient. The personnel at the place where our room was originally scheduled and given away need to take training from the downtown staff. The difference between the two is like comparing a ghetto to a mansion.

This hotel has clean facilities...
Liked: It was clean, it had a nice pool (though the pump was very noisy), and was in a great location. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: The pool pump was noisy. The clerk on duty in the evening sat on a bench on the other side of the room from the desk looking at her phone. She did not greet guests. The shade for our window (room 217) was translucent, preventing our room from getting dark during sleeping hours. I think it needs an additional curtain.
